You’ll be scored against the following key areas:

Leading Through Change & Uncertainty
How a leader responds to complexity, ambiguity, and disruption reveals the level of internal regulation they bring to external change.
When uncertainty arises, many leaders react by seeking control - speeding up, problem-solving, or pushing forward without pausing to understand what’s really shifting beneath the surface. While this can temporarily restore order, it often misses the deeper intelligence available in moments of chaos.
This part of the assessment explores how you relate to transition, ambiguity, and breakdown. It measures your capacity to remain present, attuned, and adaptive in situations where clarity hasn’t yet emerged.
Leaders who have developed this capacity don’t rush to resolve discomfort - they work with it, using change as an opportunity to listen, adjust, and reorient from a deeper place. This creates more coherent, resilient leadership - and helps teams and collaborators navigate complexity without burning out or turning inwards on themselves.

Patterns, Triggers & Emotional Insight
Every leader is shaped by unconscious emotional patterns - the question is whether you’re being driven by them or learning to work with them.
This part of the assessment explores how well you know your inner world: the beliefs, fears, and survival strategies that can run quietly in the background, especially under pressure. These patterns often show up as over-responsibility, avoidance, urgency, or emotional reactivity - not because you’re weak, but because you’re human.
The more awareness and skill you build in this area, the more choice you have. Leaders with emotional insight can spot the gap between stimulus and response. They move from reaction to reflection - and in doing so, create psychologically safe spaces around them.
This awareness isn’t about being perfect or emotionally “neutral.” It’s about recognising what’s operating underneath your leadership, and building the internal capacity to respond from coherence instead of compulsion.

Inner Alignment & Embodied Leadership
At the heart of powerful leadership is coherence - between mind, body, values, and action.
This section measures how aligned you are internally - and how consistently your leadership emerges from that place. Many high-achieving leaders can perform well externally while feeling disconnected internally. They override their own needs, ignore subtle inner cues, and lead from logic even when something deeper is calling for attention.
When that disconnection is left unaddressed, it creates fatigue, indecision, and subtle incoherence across the system.
By contrast, integrated leaders trust their instincts, honour their energy, and make decisions that reflect their deepest values - even under pressure. They lead not just from their heads, but from their whole system. And because of that, their presence naturally invites alignment in others.
